Fuel your body with this fast, easy, and healthy recipe. I made them the other day and loved them. They’re so good! It’s a great source of protein, and a fun treat for yourself, and also a great snack to share with others. I used almond butter instead of peanut butter, and I used coconut instead of sesame seeds. I also used less honey than the recipe called for, but you can sweeten it more if you like. Everyone’s taste is different. I love this recipe. It’s fun and easy to make and there is no cooking involved!

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup of dry oatmeal
  • 1/2 Cup natural peanut butter or any nut butter
  • 1/4 Cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/3 Cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 Cup coconut or sesame seeds (plus extra for coating)

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Chill for approximately 30 minutes. Roll into small balls and then roll in coconut or sesame seeds to coat lightly if desired. You can even get creative and add other ingredients. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
